  • Damage In Shipment - Vstar Products prides itself on being able to deliver products in a timely manor and with no damage. In 6 Years Of Operation, We Have Never Had An Item Damaged In Shipment. All items are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, Or LTL Truck Line. Vstar Products must be notified within 72 hours of any damage due to shipping. Vstar will handle the claims process and replacement of damaged product(s) if reported within the alotted time. Any damage not reported in the first 72 hours will require that the buyer handle the claim process. General Shipping - Vstar Products Currently Ships Only To The Continental USA. We do not ship to any foreign country. Standard Production Times: Upholstery Button Is 1-2 Days And Cushions and Cushion Covers Is 3-4 Weeks.

  • For Any Item Returned For Customer Error, There Will Be A 20% Restocking Fee Plus There Will Be No Credit Given For Freight Charges. For Any Item Returned Due To Vstar Error Or Freight Damage, A Full Refund Will Be Given Including Freight Expenses. No Returns Will Be Accepted After 30 Days.
